In the framework of the strategic equity deal, ClearSky Network has acquired the issuance of up to 30% of the equity of Zing Brain AI.
Zing Brain’s main product is its artificial intelligence-based software, which analyzes users’ behavior and makes recommendations aimed at improving clients’ experience and increasing loyalty.
